Emergency Lighting Test Switch

Overview

The Australian Standards AS2293 specifies that a 2 hour discharge test has to be performed to commission an emergency lighting installation and a 90 minute discharge test has to be performed and then at least 6 months after. Both the ETS1 and ETS1WP emergency lighting test switches provide a simple test procedure for the emergency lighting circuits connected to it to simulate a supply circuit failure.
