Power Conversion

MPower has many years of experience in providing & supporting quality power solutions for business, industry and home applications. We continue to supply our Nikko range of UPS manufactured by Powercom used in a wide range of critical applications.

On Line UPS

On-Line systems provide the highest level of protection for critical loads because of its double conversion and ‘no break’ technology. The load is constantly supported via the inverter at all times, providing a steady and continuous nominal output even if the line falls or goes outside of the input limits. The batteries will instantly carry on delivering power to the load without any interruption.

Line Interactive UPS

Line Interactive UPS combine some of the advantages of stand by units with those of on line units. Normal power passes through the noise filters and surge suppressors before going into an inverter, part of which is on-line all the time. The inverter acts as a battery charger under normal conditions but on power failure will provide battery back-up.
